This is a full weekend based in Te Anau, starting on Saturday with 4-5 hours of practical theory. You will learn how to use the ‘manual’ settings on your camera and also look into basic composition and settings for different everyday life situations In the afternoon I set up different small photo shoots to put these new skills into practice. Depending on what is happening around town, it will range from sports, nature, landscape, and portrait scenarios - all things relative to everyday photography. We will finish the day with a everyd sunset. Sunday is a big day out on the road ‘Chasing the Light.’ We will visit a number of locations depending on the weather, putting all the learnt settings into practice, in real world situations. I believe learning is doing so that's what we do during this course, we learn and we do it.
