An introduction to Kundalini Yoga with Suraj Khalsa Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions, combining meditation, mantra, physical exercises and breathing techniques; it is a Raj Yog, encompassing the eight limbs of yoga into a singular practice of excellence and ecstasy. The Upanishads, dating back to the fifth century B.C., describe the kundalini, although the oral tradition reaches back further into history. For thousands of years, this sacred science and technology was veiled in secrecy, passed along verbally from master to chosen disciple. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan supports us to become physically and mentally strong by creating a strong nervous system and healthy glandular and immune system so that we may live a life full of radiance and abundance. It is a transformational practice using dynamic posture, breath, mantra, sound, meditation, and deep relaxation. Suraj released a new video and we hope it can inspire and give you an experience of her way of teaching. "TRANSITIONS ARE PIVOTAL MOMENTS IN LIFE THAT ALLOW US TO GROW CONSCIOUSLY." Suraj has guided thousands of people worldwide to navigate their transitional periods to enable growth, transformation, and to develop a deeper connection to Self. In the video below, Suraj shares some of her painful pivotal moments that offered her an opportunity to realise more of her true nature. Bookings: +61 (0)408 218 443
