Fiordland Big 3 Tournament Info
The Tournament Base is at the Te Anau Rugby Clubrooms Dusky Street Te Anau.
Weigh in will be at the Te Anau Rugby Club between 12.00 noon and 2.00pm on Sunday the 2nd of June. A team member Must be in the queue with their animals by 2.00pm or your entry will not be accepted. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
You will be required to provide your Team Indemnity Form at the time of entry. These must be signed and for those entering online a printed name will be deemed as signed.
No Hunting is permitted prior to 7.00pm on Thursday the 29th of May.
Because of the vast expanse allowed for competitors to compete in, no formal monitoring of competitors is appropriate. If an emergency situation arises then competitors should phone 111 and go through the usual channels.

Boaties using Lakes Te Anau and Manapouri should check in with Bluff Fishermans Radio on VHF Channel 63. The Tournament Committee will also monitor this channel.
Emergency Locator Beacons will be available in Te Anau during the tournament.
The Rugby Club bar will be open from 12.00 noon on Sunday the 2nd of June and food will be available from this time.
Note: The Te Anau Rugby Club operate Licensed Premises.. NO BYO will be Permitted.During the course of the afternoon there will be pig carrying competitions for Adults, Children and a combined adult & child section.
There will also be a possum skinning demonstration and a stag roaring competition.
In conjunction with the tournament there will be a Photography Competition.
Categories include, Best action shot, Best scenery shot and Best shot incorporating a sponsor. In addition the local Baptist church are putting up a $200 voucher for the Best photo involving a family member hunting. (See attached entry form.)

All other entries may be brought along on the Sunday. Facilities will be available to download and print your photo’s. Please try to keep your photo’s at a Hi Resolution, approx. 1MB.
